  • Please expect shipping delays due to the impact of Covid-19 on postal services worldwide.

    We apologize for the inconvenience! Please be mindful that shipping delays are out of the control of small businesses worldwide and we are unable to speed up the shipping process for you.

    Everything we produce is hand crafted and made to order, so please allow 3-7 days for us to process, print, package, and ship your order. If you have any special requirements, please contact us, as we will always do our best to make sure you are fully satisfied with your order.

    Once dispatched, an automated email is delivered to the email you provided at checkout. You have access to tracking information that provides you updates when they occur.

  • The studio is operated in Portland, Oregon, and is not liable for import fees, customs, duties, VAT, or any similar charges on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals, prints, and merchandise.

    It is your responsibility to pay any duties, value added tax, or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us.

    My distributor ships from Portland, Oregon, and, unfortunately, that means duties, customs, import taxes, etc., cannot be covered ahead of time as they get charged at the border.

    *If you cannot pay these charges upon arrival, then I would suggest refraining from ordering.

  • Absolutely! If you’re interested in commissioning a custom piece of art, please email me through the Contact page or hit the “Let’s Talk” button on the website header and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can!

  • Originals and limited editions are the only works that arrive with a certificate of authenticity.

  • Unfortunately, open edition prints do not arrive hand-signed. The original signature is on the fine art print but will never be available hand-signed. Only limited editions and originals are signed to preserve the integrity of works that increase in value over time.

  • All sales are final.

    If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, we will do everything we can to make it right.

    We do our best to offer color accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary drastically between devices.

  • Only faulty merchandise will be replaced or refunded. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

    Please read the product descriptions carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase.
